We offer a variety of services to this end. Are you facing issues at your school and need someone to help you review your procedures and help sort out problems you may be facing? The Charter Support Unit can provide free consulting services to assist with a wide range of operations topics. In Florida we support all operating concerns from your accounting systems to your master schedule. Throughout the country we provide consultations regarding facilities planning. Just let us know how we can help. We also are available to present to Governing Boards throughout Florida to help boards strategically prioritize their time and agendas to help them operate more effectively. The CSU is a free support network operated by Building Hope in partnership with the United States Department of Education through a federal dissemination grant, and the Florida Department of Education through a state appropriation. Our primary mission is to serve all charter schools in their first five years of operation.
