This week’s meeting will be led by Ms. Christy Noe of Collaborative Educational Network, Inc. Ms. Noe and her group have done numerous trainings for schools and districts throughout the country, and she has been involved in several charter school start-ups. She will talk about some of the biggest issues your school should be considering as you work to establish your educational program for the first year, and how you can ensure you don’t get into trouble with regards to the IDEA legal requirements.

This will be a virtual meeting of the New School Institute. These trainings are established to provide guidance to groups who are working to open a new charter school in the near future. The meetings are held virtually using Go To Meeting. You will be able to join the meeting by going to
