This week’s meeting will focus on any questions you have from the last time regarding employee policies and employee handbooks.  As you may remember from two weeks ago I asked participants to review the employee handbook and to start working on your own version, and to bring any questions you may have with you when we meet on March 5.  We will also look at some basic information about hiring staff, human resources and payroll processes.  We will discuss payroll companies, and things you will want to consider as we moving into hiring season, which is just around the corner.
