The next session of the New School Institute training will be held on Monday, January 21 at 8:00pm. (As indicated last week, we had to reschedule due to another engagement, sorry if this causes an issue).  The topic for this session will be student enrollment and the lottery process.  We're going to discuss various important things to consider regarding student enrollment and your lottery such as things you should avoid asking, setting a schedule, and some possible lottery processes you may want to consider.  We also will discuss some Governance best practices such as setting an agenda, taking minutes, and monitoring your time as a Governing Board.

While it is not required to RSVP, we encourage you to do so, as we will send out a reminder to those who do the day of the presentation.  You can RSVP on our website at: https://charter.support/presentation/2019-01-21/.  We will be utilizing Go To Meeting to conduct the meetings, and you will be able to access the meeting directly by going to: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/736756021.

Barring any technical difficulties, the presentation will be recorded and posted to the same website as the RSVP site, so you will be able to review the recording afterward if you are unable to attend in person.

If you have any questions, please let me know!
