Faculty & Staff Recruitment Needs Assessment

 

How can we best serve you?

The purpose of this survey is to understand the needs of charter school leaders throughout the state to help drive Charter Support Unit resources and strategic efforts to assist in faculty and staff recruitment. Two ideas:


Faculty and Staff Recruitment Fair: If there is interest, this would be a free event for schools and candidates and would be held in multiple regions across the state. Regions will be selected based upon the responses from this survey. Each school will be assigned a table and will have an opportunity to showcase their school and meet with candidates.


Job Board: If there is interest, CSU will develop a job board specifically for charter schools in Florida. Schools can post available jobs for free.

The CSU is a free support network operated by Building Hope in partnership with the United States Department of Education through a federal dissemination grant, a Walton Foundation grant, and the Florida Department of Education through a state appropriation. Our primary mission is to serve all charter schools in their first five years of operation. The CSU also provides many free services to more established charter schools across the country, including our free professional webinar series.
