Cybersecurity: Know the Threats, Ways to Mitigate & Ways to Save On Cyber Security Insurance

This session will review major threats that exist in the cybersecurity arena, the potential actors, the way threats, such as ransomware, invade an organization, and mitigation strategies that exist without recommending any specific product, predominantly procedures than products. In addition, discussing the needs of cybersecurity insurance and ways to mitigate threats and save on cybersecurity premiums. Students will achieve an understanding of the various threats, a checklist of items/procedures to use to prevent them, cybersecurity insurance myths and facts, as well as a check list of additional items and suggestions to save on insurance premiums.
